Communication Plan

For Parents :

· Call the office and leave a message. I will call as soon as I am free.

· Send a note with your child. This may be written in their Homework duo-tang.

· Parent-Teacher meetings. These are held twice a year.

· Meet and Greet in September.

For Teacher:

· A monthly calendar will be sent home.

· Phone calls.

· Homework duo-tang.

· Subject content review outline.

· Special event notices.

· Information letters explaining assignments.

· Report cards.

· Student behavior responsibility notes completed by students, needing parent’s signature.

Expectations for Students

Come to school well rested/fed.

Dress properly for the weather.

Come prepared with a healthy snack and lunch.

Follow routines /rules of the classroom/school.

Make positive choices.

Come with homework complete.
