The population of Sweden:
The population of Sweden in 2004 was 9million.
Christmas in Sweden is celebrated on 24,25,and 26 the feasting starts the 13 its all in December.

 The main language
The main language spoken is Swedish. One of the ways you say merry Christmas in Swedish as God Jul.
A Sweden Christmas tree.
Is there a tree and how is it decorated.
There is a tree that picture kind of gave it away. It s decorated with sparkling objects,  wrapped candies, glass bulb,and straw ornaments, with electric lights or candles.
Swedish Santa
There is no Santa in Sweden there is an  elf named  Jultomten he is about the size of a dwarf and he  lives in the forest. The Swedish Santa does not have any reindeer, doesn’t fly,and doesn’t crawl down chimneys likes the American Santa Claus.His sack of presents is pulled on a sleigh ,by himself or by one or two goats. He will visit all the kids on the night of December 24th,always opening up the conversation by saying:”Finns det nagra snalla barn har?( are there any good children here? Only the nice children  will get presents of course.)

The main characters are a dwarf sized elf named Jultomten.
Other main characters are sometimes 1 or 2   goats.
The traditional food
A traditional food is gingerbread  cookies . Recipe for it is 1 cup corn syrup, 1 and a half  cups light brown sugar , 1 cup better or margarine, 2 eggs , 1 an a half tbsp ginger,4-5 cups of flour,1 tbsp baking soda
Good and bad kids
Good kids get presents and bad kids get coal.
Unique things about Swedish Christmas
