1cup of soft
bread crumbs. 1cup of finely cut suet. 1cup of finely chopped apples. 3\4cup
of brown sugar.. 1\2cup of chopped figs. 1\2cup of chopped dates. 1\2cup of
thinly sliced citron.1\2 cup of walnuts. 1\2cup of flour. 1\2teaspoon of
nutmeg .1cup of raisins.1\2teaspoon of cinnamon. 2teaspoons of baking powder. 1\2teaspoon of
salt. 2 eggs, beaten, 1cup of milk Coffee cans.
In a large bowl,
mix and stir together the flour,spices,salt and baking powder.Add in all the chopped fruits
and bread crumbs and mix well.Add in beaten eggs and milk mix again.Put in
greased Coffee tins and steam for three hours.
