Name That Skeleton 6R
This was a lesson also in symmetry.
Start by folding a piece of paper in half and writing your name in cursive against the fold. While the paper is still folded draw a larger outline around your name and then cut around your name and parts of the inside of the letters , be careful to keep both sides together . When unfolded, you have a mirrored image of your name that becomes the “ribs” of your skeleton.
The head, arms, and legs are also folded and cut much like a heart so they would be symmetrical and unique! Glue these upside down, to hide your pencil marks , to the construction paper. (note trimming)
